Our standard service fees for inspections covers travel and viewing the property with or without you.

 

If you cannot attend the inspection we will bring you along on a video call, or alternatively if you can't make it on facetime, we will send you a video. A lot of our clients are internationals, on different time zones, so we have the experience of sending quality inspection viewings and verbal comments along the way.  All property inspections will be discussed to ensure that we are viewing  a property that fits your needs and satisfies your requirements.  We always give you an honest review of the property, pointing out many things' others may miss.  RelocateUs has been assisting people with relocations to the Gold Coast for over 10 years.
